This front sway bar is crafted from high-quality 7075 aluminum—a material renowned for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to wear.​

Every unit undergoes precision CNC machining, ensuring consistent dimensions, tight tolerances, and a premium finish that far exceeds the quality of standard aftermarket sway bars. This manufacturing process guarantees long-term reliability, even in demanding use cases.

Key Structural Redesign: U-Shape Steel Wire​

A core improvement lies in the steel wire component: we’ve completely reimagined its shape into a U-shape.​

This design allows both ends of the wire to insert directly into the link, creating a secure, locked-in connection. Unlike stock sway bars, this structure eliminates the risk of wire loosening or falling off—a common issue that can disrupt performance during high-intensity driving, such as off-roading or racing.

Upgraded Steel Wire Diameter

We’ve also enhanced the steel wire’s durability by increasing its diameter.​

From the stock 2.0mm, we’ve upgraded it to a robust 3.0mm. This significant thickness boost directly improves two critical performance factors: it enhances the wire’s load-bearing capacity and strengthens its resistance to bending.​

The result? A sway bar that’s far more reliable in tough scenarios, whether you’re navigating rough terrain or pushing your TRAxxas UDR 1/7 to its limits.

Added Aluminum Components for Enhanced Stability​

To further elevate performance, we’ve integrated two custom aluminum pieces into the sway bar’s design.​

These pieces are engineered to attach seamlessly to the TRAxxas UDR 1/7’s stock cage, the stock plastic ear part need to be cut off. Once installed, they create a secure channel for the steel wire to pass through, keeping the wire perfectly positioned during use.​

By reinforcing the wire’s placement and distributing stress evenly across the system, these aluminum pieces make the entire sway bar setup significantly more durable and stable than the original stock configuration—even when tackling the most challenging terrain.
