Introduction for Expansion Exhaust Pipe:

The exhaust interface is integrated with a heat-conducting fixed seat and an  exhaust pipe. The expansion chamber is made of high-ductility stainless steel with a thickness of 0.6mm, which enables the expansion chamber to achieve maximum expansion and contraction efficiency, improve the smoothness of pressure return, make the engine easier to start, respond more quickly and reduce the working temperature of the cylinder.

For high-performance design, this model has removed the muffler and the tail fastener of the exhaust pipe. As we have thickened the material of the elbow pipe at the head section, it is sufficient to support the weight of the expansion chamber in the middle and rear sections, reducing the overall weight to 517g to minimize power loss during vehicle transmission and lower the engine load.

Please pay attention to the pressure valve in the exhaust port at the tail of the exhaust pipe. The applicable displacement of the diameter we set for shipment is 28 to 34cc. Please also pay attention to the working temperature of the cylinder. If the working temperature of the cylinder frequently exceeds 170 degrees, it indicates that the back pressure of the exhaust pipe is too high. At this time, please increase the diameter of the pressure adjustment valve in the exhaust port by yourself. Each increase is limited to 0.1mm until the working temperature of the engine cylinder drops to normal.
